Thread: Backup

    Three weeks ago I Had an issue with a customer regarding seperating a load, 5 pallets= 70 pallets, I told him I had to call my boss to verify this boss told me give them 5 minutes to pull their skids or leave and bring them back. Took them back.
    Any one else find they are getting more support from their co. regarding issues with customers??
    No cheap freight---no cheap drivers--know what your AZ is worth
    Mighty hunter leaves wounded animal to suffer and die!!

    The company stands behind us 100%. Most decisions are left to us after we call in to verify the facts.

    It sure is nice to know the support is there.We have a lot of extremely demanding customers.
