Sure looks like it to me, truck driver had finally had enough. All of us that have been there know the feeling, a few of us have acted on the impulse at one time or another.

I refuse to confirm or deny...

I don't see a problem. What I would really like is a rocket launcher on my truck to deal with oncoming SOBS who won't dim their lights

Oncoming lights used to bother me until I got a pair of prescription amber tinted glasses. I wore them at night and anytime the visibility was less than optimal, snow, fog, even dark cloudy days. They worked great for me and probably contributed most to my love of driving at night. That, and a pair of 100,000 candlepower aircraft landing lights will usually cure the problem.

I don’t understand when the truck driver says he didn’t know what happened. Wouldn’t you feel added resistance from pushing a car sideways down the highway? I’m guessing extreme road rage and just lucky no one was seriously hurt or killed!

Truck driver, if he is in fact a truck driver and not just a steering wheel holder, would know immediately what happened, or at least that something was WRONG. I don't know about the rest of you, but I would feel it if one of the tires was going down.

Absolutely! If the police and courts believe that BS then there is no hope for justice. I'm not excusing what ever the car driver did to put his vehicle in the way of the truck but the eventual outcome is not justified.
